THE BRIEF
This is the beginning of every design project. During this stage we will be collecting clients' informations, identify and understand their needs and desired design direction. We will be also be covering important points such as budget, timescale, organizational structure, and potential constrains.

Following the approval of the Brief and after a thorough research, ideas and visions begin to materialize with initial layouts and concepts boards.
These will be our anchoring references throughout the whole process.

With an approved concept design every detail will be developed and finalized to the highest standards including any bespoke furniture and joinery.
A full package of CAD technical drawings will be produced, including developed lighting, electrical, and home automation plans. Additionally, other consultants' preliminary inputs will be incorporated into the developed design.

The second part of the design development will also include an extensive list of finishes, materials, and FF&E (Furniture, fixtures and Equipment).

Our priority is to keep each project run smoothly and on time.
To that end we will be carefully overseeing the implementation of design throughout the entire building and installation phase, liaising with contractors and manufactures.

After a thorough final check (snagging) and last touch ups, we will make sure the property is handed over fully functional, beautifully styled, and ready to welcome its inhabitants.
All the necessary paper work, maintenance manuals, and contact list of every person involved in the project if future assistance is needed will be also handed over.
